How do I book a ride?
- Open the Gameride Pro app
- The app will use your phone’s GPS to automatically prefill your pick up location
- Enter your desired pickup destination in the “Enter Pickup Location” box. The app will use your phone’s GPS to automatically prefill your pick up location
- If your pick up destination is not accurate in the app, you can change the location by selecting the location field
- Press the red circle with the car in it
- Your driver will be on his way

What is your fare?
- You can view the fare structure for the various ride types here.
- Yes, you can pay with a credit card or Visa debit card.
- To pay with a credit card, the card payment option must be selected before confirming your ride.
- Once your ride is completed, you will be prompted to confirm your card information.
- We currently accept Visa, Visa Debit, and MasterCard.

Is my driver’s ETA accurate?
Our platform uses data from Google Maps to give an estimated time of arrival for your driver. However, this time may not always be accurate. To get a more accurate arrival time, it’s best to contact your driver via a phone call or our in chat support.

Can I request a specific driver?
- Yes, we can match you with your preferred driver if they are available.
- If that driver is not available, we will match you with the closest driver instead.

Can I prebook a ride?
You can schedule a ride up to 7 days in advance.
