Code of Conduct
For Drivers:
● Always keep vehicles clean, safe, and presentable
● Wear appropriate, professional attire during service
● Never solicit direct payments outside of the app (e.g. personal Wave numbers)
● Accept only pre-confirmed bookings — no side negotiations
● Submit to monthly vehicle inspections and mandatory re-verification
● Respect rider privacy, safety, and dignity at all times
● Remit any due platform commission on time
● Violation of payment, behavior, or safety policies will result in suspension or termination
For Riders:
● Use only verified payment methods: wallet, Wave, Afrimoney, or card (when available)
● Be ready at pickup point at the scheduled time
● Respect drivers and their vehicles
● Avoid cash unless pre-authorized by the platform
● Report any misconduct or delays through the app or Gamride Pro customer support
For Partner Operators (if applicable):
● Ensure drivers under your management follow platform standards
● Help enforce vehicle inspections, documentation, and payment compliance
● Do not override platform rules without written approval
Additional Security Measures:
● GPS tracking and ride logging
● Wallet and mobile money flow monitoring
● Driver ratings, flagging, and tier systems
● First-time user restrictions (wallet/coupon use only, no cash)
● Admin-level overrides for payment control
